The Portsmouth Farmers’ Market takes place in the City Hall parking lot overlooking the South Mill Pond. Up on a hill and close the the ocean this market usually has a consistent and comfortable breeze, even on the hottest summer days. Wake up and stroll or bike to the market as a part of your weekend routine or stop by if you’re visiting the area. There is also a great playground for kids right across the street! This is the largest of the four summer markets and has an expansive variety of farms, prepared foods, and craft vendors.
